Kevin Ware is the owner of HeartWare Fitness & a Parisi Speed School Franchise in the northwest suburbs of Chicago as a personal trainer and lifestyle coach.
Ware has created a brand name for himself as one of Illinois premier strength and fitness gurus.
Kevin has spent most of his life involved in athletics and has developed a profound understanding of body mechanics. Ware’s focus is on individual innovative training, developing a signature training technique with adults and the youth. As a motivator and role model, Kevin has a unique connection with his clients that stems from his own personal journey toward greatness.
He uses his personal experiences from achieving his own athletic goals to understand his clients and motivate them to love themselves and to be happy, healthy and fit. This is truly his desire passion.
In addition to HeartWare Fitness, Kevin is the Strength and Fitness Coach for Addision FC , and Bloomingdale FC. In both programs, he is responsible for S.P.A.R.Q. (Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction and Quickness) classes, and ACL prevention programs.
Kevin is certified in International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA) and National Association Sports Medicine (NASM). He has also worked with many local travel teams, such Chicago Inferno Soccer, Itasca Lady Knights Girls U12 Travel Softball Team and the Buffalo Bills Youth Football.
Kevin is the personal trainer for Rashawn McKenzie of the Portland Timbers in the MLS and Shane Harper of the Chicago Wolves in the American Hockey League.
Ware has given back to the community by conducting Boot Camp programs for battered women for the Chicago Police Department.
Kevin graduated from Cypress Lake High School in Ft. Myers Florida, and was voted the 1978-79 Southwest Florida Player of the Year. At Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama,
Ware was the premier running back for the football team while accomplishing his Bachelor’s degree in Finance at JSU.
Opting to continue his career in fitness and personal training, Kevin became a Nationally Certified World Instructor Trainer in 1999 while working as a Personal Trainer at Ballys.
In 2002, Kevin became the Boot Camp coordinator at Lifetime fitness and continued on is journey until 2004. At that time as an entrepreneur, he realized his dream when he opened his own fitness studio in Illinois.
